Business Networking Breakfast: Open Enrollment - Your Questions are Answered. Page County Farm Bureau is happy to present information regarding the 2017 Health Insurance Open Enrollment Season. They will cover a brief history of the Affordable Care Act as it regards the annual Open Enrollment Period for individuals under age 65. A brief overview of the separate Medicare Annual Election Period will also be covered, as it relates to those who are enrolled in Medicare.
