Empty Bowls

Part of an international grassroots effort to raise money and awareness in the fight to end hunger, the students of Page County Public Schools will be hand crafting bowls to sell for the event at Luray High School. 

This event is a soup night where ticket holders enjoy a light meal, entertainment by James Satva & Dwight Martin, and an art show with the opportunity to buy work from local artists. Every ticket holder will walk out with a ceramic bowl made by students, faculty, and other artists. This bowl reminds them of all the empty bowls not only in the world but also right here in Page County. Last year we raised $3,000 for Page One and are looking for a bigger turnout this year.
