Free Homebuyer Class
Part 1 of 2 for the month of March:
The Homebuyer Class uses the curriculum written by the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA). It is facilitated by the nonprofits Blue Ridge Housing Network and People Inc. and includes presentations by local experts about: personal finance, credit and credit issues, working with the lender, role of the real estate agent, the home inspection, and the load closing.
Interested participants should register online through the www.vhda.com/FreeClass website.
