Lunch n Learn

Hosted at the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center, 18 Campbell street, we will be having Mitch Lovinger, from ApexNetwork Physical Therapy, as our guest speaker, with lunch provided by Main Street Bakery. The topic for lunch will be “Healthy Aging for a Sustainable Workforce”. Mitch will be discussing research related to factors that contribute to healthy aging, balancing the demands of work and life with healthy activity, understanding the importance of mechanics (ergonomics) to keep you safe and healthy in the work force, nutrition and hydration, and practical home exercises you can incorporate into your daily life. Lunch is provided for $10 for Chamber members and $15 for potential Chamber members. Due to guidelines, we can only host 10 people in the board room.
