Lunch N’ Learn- Developing a Sales Plan Using GrowthWheel: Shift Into High Gear

Join us on Wednesday, August 19, from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM for our Lunch N' Learn at the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center Boardroom, located at 18 Campbell Street, Luray.

This interactive workshop, "Developing a Sales Plan Using GrowthWheel: Shift Into High Gear – A Visual Roadmap to Attract and Close More Deals," will be presented by Allison Dungan, Director of the Shenandoah Valley Small Business Development Center.

During this hands-on session, Allison will introduce the GrowthWheel framework and demonstrate how visual planning tools can help business owners create a clear, actionable sales strategy. Participants will identify their top-performing products and services, define their ideal customers, map their sales pipeline from attracting prospects to retaining customers, and develop a practical 30-, 60-, and 90-day sales plan to drive business growth.

Whether you're launching a new business or looking to increase sales in an existing one, you'll leave with practical tools and action steps you can implement immediately.

Lunch will be provided for $10 for Chamber members and $15 for potential members.
