*Master 0-3 years *Wee-Baby 0-11 months * Baby 12-23 months *Toddler 2 years *Little 3-4 years *Tiny 5-6 years * Petite 7-9 years *Pre-Teen 10-12 years *Junior 13-15 years *Senior 16-17 years *Miss 18&UP Single/Married 

Beauty $45.00 Entry fee
All age groups will model a gown. Contestants in Baby-Petite may wear a long or short gown. All other age groups must wear a long gown. Gown should be age appropriate and flattering to you. The gown should not take away from the beauty of the contestant.

Photogenic (Optional) 
$10/1st photo and $5 for each additional, up to 3 maximum. 
Submitted photos should be age appropriate and may be natural or retouched. Pictures may be black & white or color and should be 8 x 10 in size. Winner will receive a gift.

Crowning will be after each age division, please arrive in a timely manner.

Winners
Beauty there will be a Winner & 2 runner ups.
Everyone will receive a gift.
Winner will receive a beautiful embroidered satin banner and round crown.
The winner for the MISS age division will be REQUIRED to be at the race track
for every race event to help in victory lane with trophies and awards.

I hereby release Shenandoah Speedway, Jeff Vaughan, Wendy Lowery, emcee, staff, judges and facility from any responsibility or liability due to loss of personal property, illness, stolen/lost items or accident that may occur before, during or after this pageant. I agree to show good sportsmanship, act in a positive manner and understand that the decision of the judges is final. I understand that the pageant reserves the right to refuse entry or admission to anyone! Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated! We reserve the right to disqualify a contestant if behavior by the contestant, parent or guest is deemed inappropriate and may require forfeiture of all awards and titles. I agree to pay all monies owed and acknowledge that NO refunds are given unless the pageant is cancelled. I consent to the use of all photos or videos of this pageant participation or appearances as a Queen or contestant being used for advertising, website, paperwork, display or promotion. I have read and fully understand the pageant rules and acknowledge by signing this form I relinquish all rights to file a claim against those listed above.
