"Donations to Love Light honors or memorializes friends, family, and loved ones. One hundred percent of all donations benefit Page Memorial Hospital. Donations, which are tax deductible, may be made year-round and are celebrated at the annual Love Light Tree Ceremony in December. 

Lights placed on Love Light Tree are a symbolic celebration of the love in our hearts. We celebrate those honored and remembered with lights and cards placed on Love Light Tree and with a reading of all names during this moving ceremony. Names are also placed in a Memory Book displayed in hospital lobby year-round.

Donation envelopes are located in PMH lobby and Sunshine Station Gift Shop" or print off the form from the Page Memorial Hospital's Auxiliary page and mail with a check to:
