PMH Wellness & Fitness Power Lifting Competition
Show your strength and your heart! Enter in the PMH Wellness & Fitness Power Lifting Competition to benefit the Page County Relay for Life! Divisions for men and women along with three age groups: Teen (15-19), Open (20-40) and Masters (Over 40). The three events will be bench press, squat and deadlift. It costs $10 per event. Weigh ins start at 1 p.m. sharp!
All money raised will be donated to Page County Relay for Life. For more information, call 540-743-9988.
