Social Media Seminar Series: Understanding Facebook Insights
In this hands-on workshop, Janet Michael with Java Media will cover the “back end” of Facebook – Insights. She’ll look at your fan demographics, posting schedule & effectiveness and learn what terms such as reach & engagement really mean. Discussion will include the Facebook Insights interface & dashboard.
