Dianne Kensler shares the modern insights and habits women need to coordinate body, mind, and spirit so we are at one with ourselves (and not at odd with ourselves). She looks at how to be more peaceful in dealing with some of life's terrific difficulties and at what you need to know to accomplish your goals of mindfulness, stress relief, and focus. Her program teaches self-care with a focus on joy and love.
