Entrees: Roasted turkey with stuffing & gravy, roasted salmon with cranberry hollandaise, steamship round of pork with horseradish sauce, roast beef & au jus, baked ham with apple glaze, baked chicken, chicken alfredo, Swedish meatballs, mini corn dogs, and chicken nuggets

Sides: Green bean casserole, macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes, corn, wild rice pilaf, roasted redskin potatoes, broccoli & cheese sauce, collard greens, cheese ball, vegetable tray, and fresh fruit bowl
