Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce to Celebrate 100 Years in 2026

Page County, VA – As the community prepares to welcome 2026, the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone—100 years of service to local businesses and the Page County community.

Founded in 1926, the Chamber has spent a century championing economic vitality, supporting entrepreneurship, and fostering strong partnerships among businesses, civic leaders, and residents. From promoting tourism and workforce development to advocating for local enterprise, the Chamber’s work has helped shape the growth and character of Page County for generations.

Throughout 2026, the Chamber will commemorate its centennial with a series of special celebrations, commemorative events, and member-focused initiatives, while continuing to deliver the networking, educational, and professional development opportunities members rely on year after year. The centennial year will feature a full calendar designed to honor the past, celebrate the present, and inspire the future.

As the Chamber enters its second century, it does so with a renewed mission to serve its members through collaboration, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to supporting local businesses and the broader community. Guided by core values centered on connection, collaboration, opportunity, integrity, and commitment, the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce continues to evolve while remaining rooted in the principles that have defined its first 100 years.

“For 100 years, the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce has been guided by the belief that strong businesses build strong communities,” said Bill Huffman, Chair of the Board of Directors. “This centennial is an opportunity to honor the leaders and members who built that foundation, while reaffirming our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and inclusive growth as we look ahead to the next century.”

A cornerstone of the Chamber’s work—both historically and today—is its commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and engaged business community. The Chamber believes diverse perspectives are essential to responsible leadership and economic sustainability and remains dedicated to ensuring opportunities for participation and success across the community.

A highlight of the centennial year will be the 100th Annual Banquet & Awards, a signature event honoring the legacy, leadership, and community spirit that have carried the Chamber to this milestone. Additional centennial initiatives will spotlight longtime members, past leaders, and the partnerships that have contributed to a century of progress.

“This anniversary is more than a celebration of years—it’s a celebration of people, partnerships, and possibility,” said Regina Hilliard, President of Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce. “As we reflect on our history, we’re equally excited about the work ahead and our continued role as a catalyst for a strong and connected Page County.”

Details on centennial events, sponsorship opportunities, and ways to participate will be announced throughout 2026. Community members and businesses are encouraged to stay connected as plans unfold. Here’s to a century of collaboration—and the exciting work still ahead.
