Sip & Create: Cooking 101
Sip & Create: Cooking 101. The Mimslyn Inn has agreed to give us a behind-the-scenes pass to learn how to make a delicious meal, including a hands-on portion for the entrée. From chopping mushrooms to rolling out puff pastry, participants will have a chance to work in person with Executive Chef, Chris Harris. $40 includes a Mimslyn Inn apron, two glasses of wine, and dinner: Caesar salad, Beef Wellington, and a dessert of the Chef’s choosing.
